Cancellation Policy

1.    Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.
2.    To initiate a cancellation, customers must either:
    •    Send a WhatsApp message to the given number: +91 9187205121 
         OR
    •    Email us on the registered email ID : support@ikshaadesigns.com
(EITHER steps is mandatory for a valid cancellation request.)
    3.    Cancellation requests will be processed only after verification of both WhatsApp message and email confirmation.
    4.    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
    5.    Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
    6.    Any delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking the refund.
    7.    Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
    8.    We encourage you to shop mindfully—each Ikshaa product is handcrafted with care, so choose with love, because your order begins its journey almost instantly, just like a story you wouldn’t want to pause midway. 😊
