Ikshaa Designs Return & Exchange Policy At Ikshaa Designs, we pour our heart into crafting unique, handmade pieces. We understand that purchasing online can be challenging, and we want you to be delighted with your acquisition. To ensure fairness for both our valued customers and our artisan partners, we have established the following policy:

1. General Conditions for All Returns/Exchanges:

  • Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Damage/Defect: For claims of damage or defect, a mandatory unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time and the defect/damage being identified. Claims without this video proof may not be accepted.

  • Customized Products: Products that have been customized or altered (e.g., sarees with fall/pico stitching) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Sarees & Dupattas (Handloom & Handcrafted):

  • Exchange Only: Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our sarees and dupattas and to support our artisan community, we offer exchange only for sarees and dupattas. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange a saree or a dupatta, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval, sarees may be exchanged for another saree of equal or higher value (with the customer paying any price difference). Similarly, handloom dupattas may be exchanged for another handloom dupatta of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference). Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.
  • Defective/Wrong Product: In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect saree or a dupatta (with valid unboxing video proof), we will gladly replace it or offer store credit. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

3. Bags, Organizers & Home Décor

  • Exchange / Return or Store Credit: These items are eligible for exchange/ return or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns: In the event of a return, a refund will be initiated after the item has been thoroughly verified and approved by our team. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges/ return or store credit requests.

  • Defective/Wrong Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect item (with valid unboxing video proof), we will refund it, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

5. Important Notes:

  • Color Variation: Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return/exchange.

  • Handmade Uniqueness: As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, weave, or texture are natural and add to their unique charm. These are not considered defects.
